Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter

Chocolate

Equipment

Cupcake Liners

Patty Pan

Microwave

Spatula

Pouring Jug

Method:

1.   Melt the chocolate in the microwave.

2.Pour the melted chocolate into cupcake liners, approx. ¼ full.

3.Place in fridge for 5 minutes to harden.

4. Remove and add one tablespoon of peanut butter to the cupcake liner. Spread the peanut butter about ½ centimetre away from the edges.

5.Add melted chocolate until cupcake liner is ¾ full.

6.Place in fridge for 10-15 minutes until chocolate is hardened.

7.Remove from fridge and enjoy!!

Method:

  1. Put mug flour and sugar into

the jug

  1. Add eggs and milk
  2. Bake the pancakes

 

 

 




Chocolate Rudolphs

Ingredients:

  • Jelly strips
  • Chocolate milk/dark
  • White chocolate buttons
  • Smarties / M&Ms
Equipment:

  • Parchment paper
  • Sheet pan

 

Method 

  1. Melt the chocolate on a double boiler.
  2. Make chocolate disks.
  3. Make the reindeer’s face using Smarties, M&Ms and buttons
  4. Leave to set.

Gingerbread Men

Ingredient250g plain fl our75g butter

75g brown sugar

50g golden  syrup

½ teaspoon  BOS

½ teaspoon   ground  cinnamon

½ teaspoon  ground ginger

  • 1 egg yolk

 

Equipment:CuttersBaking sheet

Rolling Pin

Mixer

 

Method:Mix the plain  flour , butter ,brown sugar , golden syrup , BOS ,cinnamon, ginger and egg yolk.Knead the dough thoroughly until forms a ball.

Roll out the dough so that it is ¼ inch thick.

Use the cutters to shape your gingerbread men.

Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.

Enjoy!

  • Pre-heat oven to 200*C 400*F (gas mark 6)
  • Put the tomato purée, toppings, cheese
  • Bake for 8-10-12 minutes
